UK DELIVERY
At Catesby England, we aim to provide our customers with an efficient and reliable

Free Standard Delivery
Availability: Free Standard Delivery is available on all UK orders.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery times vary, but you can expect your order to arrive
within 3-5 working days.
Express Delivery
Cost: Express Delivery is available at an additional cost as mentioned on the
checkout.
Delivery Time: Express delivery times vary, but you can expect your order to arrive
within 1-2 working days.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched
on the same day.
Friday (after 2:30 pm): Orders placed on Friday after 2:30 pm will be dispatched on
Monday or Next working day and will be delivered depending on the service opted.
Important Notes
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on
Monday or next working day and will be delivered depending on the service opted.
Bank Holidays: Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next
working day and delivered depending on the service opted.
Please note that after a bank holiday, delivery might be delayed due to a high
volume of orders.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
At Catesby England, we offer delivery to the EU at a fixed rate of £40.00, through
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service or DHL. To ensure a swift
process, orders received before 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) are
typically dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
While we make every effort to maintain efficiency, unforeseen delays may occur,
often beyond our control, involving our delivery partners. We understand the
significance of timely deliveries and are committed to minimizing potential
disruptions. It's important to note that Catesby England cannot accept responsibility
for delays caused by our courier or any subsequent couriers engaged by them.
